Classes are listed under different location tabs: group fitness room, cycling room, or gym.

Class descriptions are located at the bottom of the timetable.

Calendar date is in European format (DD/MM/YYYY)


We list class changes that don't make the calendar deadline here (if time allows).

Sign up ahead of time at the Welcome Desk to reserve a bike.


Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:30am

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:10am

Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:00pm

Great cardio and core workout with less impact than jogging or treadmill workouts!  

Court shoes recommended with stiff and fairly flat sole, not running shoes.

If you’re new to cycling, please arrive at least 5 minutes early for bike set up.
